Your data is based on an Experiment or Quasi-Experiment which has more than two measures for the same variable.  The analysis of this data can be performed by any number of Statistical Packages which are outlined on the Quantitative Analysis page.  However, with some of the packages, the output data becomes less reliable if your data contains any mortality or if information is missing for various reasons.  As such, it is recommended that the use of a package which is not effected by these variations. 

CB Predictor:  Time Series Analysis Software  This package incorporates the advanced statistical methods of time-series forecasting into a simple, automated Microsoft Excel add-in.

SAS  This software package is one of the world premier Statistical Analysis Software Packages.  The benefit of using SAS is the package provides uncompromising quality in its results.  The drawback of this program is that it is not nearly as easy to use as some of the other packages which are available on the market today.  This package does provide a download file.
